The first Edison Rex trade collection is coming, and you don’t want to miss it! Tell your friendly neighborhood comic book shop to order a copy for you (Item Code APR130377)! Orders are due by April 18th! “In six short chapters, EDISON REX has already built a fascinating new world, charging breakneck off in its own direction.” - Kurt Busiek (ASTRO CITY, SUPERMAN: SECRET IDENTITY)“A simple idea played out with surprising (and riveting) complexity. Everything I love about superheroes and supervillains rolled into one great story.” - Mark Waid (KINGDOM COME, INSUFFERABLE)“EDISON REX is nearly too much fun for sentient Earth folks to handle.  It’s funny and self-aware, and just old fashioned enough to pull up memories of the time such things as graphic stories were guilty pleasures rather than cultural phenomena.” - Elliot S! Maggin (LAST SON OF KRYPTON, MIRACLE MONDAY)The collection will feature an introduction by Kurt Busiek, pinups by Ramon Villalobos and Thomas N. Perkins IV, “making of” and behind the scenes extras, and more!
Publisher: IDEA & DESIGN WORKS LLC(W) Chris Roberson (A/CA) Dennis CulverEdison Rex is the smartest man in the world, a criminal genius, and the arch-nemesis of the world’s greatest protector, Valiant. Having dedicated his life to defeating Valiant and proving once and for all that he is a menace to humanity and not a hero, what will Edison do once he finally succeeds? And with Valiant out of the way, who will be left to protect the Earth? Item Code: APR130377In Shops: 6/12/2013SRP: $19.99
